Workshop on Small Area Estimation:
Joint meeting of the European projects AMELI and SAMPLE
The aim of the workshop is to share information, coordinate efforts and establish future collaborations between the research groups working in the European projects AMELI and SAMPLE. Among their objectives, both European projects have the production of new methodologies and techniques for Small Area estimation of poverty indicators.

- Election of the new Steering Committee. Drawing from the new CA, the partnership will elect the new Steering Committee which will replace the previous 3 decisional Bodies (General Assembly, Steering Committee, Executive Board). The new Body will consist of one representative for each Partner and one leader for each research group (i.e. for each WP).
o Changes to the Consortium Plan – Budget Plan
o Tasks and Deadlines for the periodic report of the Project
o Approval of the implementation plan for each WP in the next phase (drawing form the WP separate meetings)
o Official communication to the S.C. of delays and difficulties in the performance of the project work packages
