Local Observatory on Poverty and Social Exclusion (LOPSE) is one of the key tasks of SAMPLE project (WP 3.3). In this perspective, the partners involved in WP 3 (mainly UROPS and SM) are working to disseminate and to widely discuss in the local context the basic concepts behind SAMPLE: good policy needs reliable and understandable, but they also need community. We can synthesize it with three words: knowledge, awareness and participation.
In this context, Moreno Toigo (SM) has attended to a meeting in Lucca Province, where he has presented the results of a local survey about third sector organisation. Here the survey main results.
